Ok

So I have bought a kegging system. I first brewed my beer in my fermenter it sat for 7 days then I transferred it to the Keg. I then placed the keg in the fridge and I am about to carbonate it. It has been 10 days when would you suggest would be a good time to start drinking it ? Also is it ok to pull it out of the fridge to carbonate it ? \

Forced carbonation does not reduce the time it takes an ale to age. In fact, since you put it in the fridge, it will take even longer to be ready. Leave it out for about three weeks, then chill & carbonate.

You can actually speed up the carbonation by pressurizing the be-jesus out of it and shake it like a mad dog. Why didn't you put it in the secondary for a week after the primary? Your probably going to have some yeast with your brew.
