Anyone know of a suitable substitution for Nottingham Dry Yeast? I am planning on my first 11 gallon batch of Haus's Pale Ale this Friday night, but NB is out of Nottingham.

The US-05 will make a nice Pale Ale for you. It's what EdWort recommends as a sub, as well.

Water? Thank goodness we still have plenty of this great stuff.
Is it just me or do we need to start stockpiling our precious beer ingredients before they all run dry?
