I just killed my Belgian IPA and my American IPA. Arrrgh! Thank god I'm off tomorrow. I'm going to whip this up in a pinch. Using my RIMS for the 2nd time. Kinda ABish:

8.0 oz Aromatic Malt (25.0 SRM) 3.45 %
8.0 oz Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) 3.45 %
8.0 oz Caraaroma (130.0 SRM) 3.45 %
0.25 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (Mash Hop) 2.8 IBU
0.25 oz Nugget [12.00 %] (Mash Hop) 2.6 IBU
0.50 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (60 min) 22.7 IBU
0.50 oz Nugget [12.00 %] (60 min) 20.9 IBU
0.50 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (30 min) 11.6 IBU
0.50 oz Nugget [12.00 %] (30 min) 10.7 IBU
