Hi All

I bought a 2-3 year old sparkling wine kit at a bargain price and bought new yeast. I've fermented it and transferred it to secondary to clear, however it's brown!
Apparently the grape juice oxidises in the bag after a year or so and causes the colour change and a bitter aftertaste.
I had a taste when transferring it and the initial taste was like wine, but it had a very eggy smell and only what I could describe as a bitter eggy aftertaste.
I think the eggyness is simply due to the fermentation and I expect that to go but I'm wondering if there is any point bottling this?
Has anyone had any experience with old wine kits and can you suggest a course of action?
Would it be okay if I added some red food colouring to attempt to hide the brown colour, it might look good as a rose wine :D
