Can someone describe to me why they think I am having issues with me FG? For some reason I am going below my FG. This last ale I made I used Irish Ale Yeast and the FG was supposed to be around 1.014 and I ended up at 1.010...its been happening as of late...I am running about 80% efficiency and mash in at the correct temp. anywhere from 152-154F. I fly sparge with water temp at about 175-180F.
