found this post https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f35/loss-1-keg-foams-others-dont-191935/ so I changed poppet still FOAM.

The only thing left the disco. Put a different disconnect on I got BEER. ==============CLEAR BEER no foam :ban::ban::ban::ban::ban:

The moral of this story is================= NEVER give up you will get good BEER.

You know I keep hearing a lot of story's about this type of thing, I think when I'm ready to keg, I'm going to get some crappy yellow fizzy stuff to test my rig out first, thanks for the story thou

It's becoming a pretty common issue lately for some reason!

Seems whoever is making the disconnects is doing a pretty crappy job of molding the flare fitting on the QD. If it's got molding flash in/on it, it'll turn your taps into foam guns!

Those plastic disconnects are mass produced pretty cheaply. I have gone through a few. Now I use the SS disconnects. They are more expensive but they always work.
