I wanted to do the Tits-up IIPA you can find on here. I did my best to break it down for extract. Had to change 1 hop due to LHBS not having it. Please let me know what you guys think. I made it last night and smells and tastes wonderful!!! I'm open to all suggestions and critics. I plan on primary 4 weeks and secondary 2-4 weeks. Cheers!

Not sure if the US-05 can handle this. Please let me know what you think.

I would use two packets of 05 just to make sure you have enough pitching yeast, and make sure you ferment on the lower side to keep away from esthers... of course with that much hop flavor i doubt you will be able to point them out anyway.

Yeah I did pitch 2 packs. Wasnt sure if I should pitch a high gravity yeast when I transfer to the secondary to hopefully help clean everything up.

no need for high gravity yeast, S-05 will have no problem with that
