Looking for help from Massachusetts Brewers...

Hey guys-

I was hoping to find someone that might have looked into this already. We have been talking with a potential investor regarding starting a brew pub with him, and now we have another potential investor looking to sell our beer.

From a stand-alone brewery POV, what would we need to do in order to be able to sell and distribute our beers.

You need to start with the state licensing board, then move on to the Federal. Lots and lots of paperwork.
