I am going to make s cherry melomel and I was just wanting some suggestions for which yeast would be good??

How much honey and what size batch?

There are a lot of options for you. I went based on my brew stores resident mead expert and pitched Red Star's "Pasteur Red" in my cherry vanilla melomel, it's still in the primary but is getting close to time for a hydrometer reading and racking. It had great activity.

Depends on what you want for an end product & what your recipe is. I the words of Jack Keller: "Choose your yeast like you would choose a tool."

I am going to use 3lbs of honey not sure what kind yet to make one gallon. Then going to rack onto Oregon tart cherries after fermintation
