I brewed the following (5 gal) recipe a few days ago and it was one of the most vigorous fermentations I've ever had. Exciting stuff! I was curious if anyone would like to critique it. If you live in the San Diego area, I'd be down with sampling in a few weeks when its ready... (bring your brews!)

6 # Light DME
8 oz Belgian Aromatic malt
8 oz Belgian Carmel Pils
4 oz Belgian Biscuit
1 # Light Amber Belgian Candi
1 oz Cascade - 70 min
0.75 oz Columbus - 60 min
1 oz Columbus - 10 min
1 oz Simcoe - 2 minutes
1 oz Amarillo - Dry Hop
Yeast starter made a few days in advance using Wyeast 1214
