IM drinking a hyrdometer tube of beer right now a oktober fest ale. Man, its damn good. The werid part about it is that almost tastes likes it carbonated, anyone had this before, maybe im crazy, can that even happen. ITs at 1.018 so it needs a few more days, and some clearing, there is still some kraus on top of it, its been 9 days since it was pitched on the yeast cake. Its almost drinkable right now it should be awsome in a few weeks.

Yes, there is co2 in there in solution, so it tastes "carbonated" a bit. Just wait until after it's bottled and conditioned- it's going to be great!
