First off....I didn't make a starter...I know, I should have at least done this. :(

Anyway, my OG reading was 1.068. I wasn't sure what I was shooting for because it was a spontaneous brew, and I only had the Northwest Ale wyeast smack pack. On the pack it said the yeast is good up to 1.060.

I checked it this morning and the airlock was slowly bubbling. I know you have to be patient because sometimes it takes a while to get going...but since I know I under pitched, is it a good idea to go to the LHBS and pick up another pack of yeast?

Thanks!

I'd just let it go, and then be sure to make a starter and/or pitch the correct amount of yeast in the future.
