Proof that Graff can clear..

This graff has been in the bottle for 4 months, the bubbles are from alittle carbing I did..But she's clear as a bell and really freaking good..

I tell ya if you can keep from drinking it as soon as it's done fermenting it really tastes better with alittle time under it's belt.. I did add alittle brown sugar so that's why the color is darker...Next 3 gallon batch has been in the fermentor for 2 months, just waiting to clear out some more bottles..

yep - age is everything with Apfelwein. The last batch I brewed; I hid somewhere, and I'm not going to look for it for a year.
