Hi,

I've been looking around to try to find a chart that will go up to 70 degrees, but the highest I have found is 65 deg. Has anyone found a chart for force carbonating that goes to a temp this high? also anyone know a good level of carbonation for a pilsner? This is my first time kegging my beer so any help would be greatly appreciated. Happy brewing!

I use iBrewmaster on my phone to calculate CO2 volumes and psi. It says a pilsner should be 2.5 vol. and to force carbonate with the set and forget method to use 28.8 psi.
