Kettle plus burner?

I know I'd need to drill out a hole for a ball valve and a thermometer but this looked like a pretty nice starter deal for me to make the jump to AG. I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with this one before I ask my SWMBO .

Just make sure you boil some water in the pot for a couple hours to build up an oxidation layer on the aluminum pot and you're good. That seems like a decent deal, so if you like it, then go ahead and ask for permission. Cheers.
