I was trying to put together an Orange Honey Ale recipe with some leftover ingredients I have. What do people think of this recipe. I put it in Beersmith and the numbers look ok. I'm going for a sweeter ale for the summer. Note it's only a 3 gallon batch.

0.45 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 mins)

0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 45.0 min
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min
0.25 oz Perle [8.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min

1 pkg British Ale Yeast (Wyeast Labs #1098)
