It will depend on which model you have, the conversion can be as simple as a conversion jet/valve assembly to replace existing gas fitting. The 4" burners do not do well on low pressures, the 6" not too bad, and the 10" hurricane is the best for conversion to NG. With the drop in gas pressure the output drops also, 40-60% depending on the burner, this is why bigger is better when converting to NG.

I've been wanting to convert my 4" bayou burner as well. So if its 55K LP then what would it be Natural? And any links for a step by step?

The 4" does not do well at the low NG pressure, burner output is a function of how fast the gas moves leaving the gas jet and how much air it can pull in, lower the pressure and the flow drops. With the 4" burners designed to provide a blow torch flame with high gas pressure and a lot of back pressure, dropping the pressure to 1/6th PSI cuts output severely as it is hard to get enough air for a big flame. It is easier to down size the 6" and 10" cast burners as they were designed for low back pressure and a spread flame, low gas pressure will still deliver 60+ % of maximum rating.
