I planned on brewing a witbier today but ran out of propane, so I'll be brewing tomorrow. I figure I should take it as a sign and brew something patriotic. It's already got the white part, so I'm thinking of adding something blue (probably blueberries) and something red (red wine and oak chips?).

Toss out some ideas!
 
Are you wanting all three colors in one batch, or three different brews of three different colors? For red I'm thinking strawberries, and blue, well... blueberries. They'd go pretty nice in a wit.
