Oops, computer messed up. But I am
Still trying to figure out what each grain does and what not. My recipe calls for
Munich II. I am having a hard time finding it. Would this be the same as dark Munich or Munich 10L or 30L?

I hear ya. 
I believe the Munich II is just a slightly darker kilned Munich around 10L. So I'd swap for the Munich 10L.
