I read here that campdem tabs will remove clorine.

It also says on the package Potassium Metabilsulfite.

How do I use em?

Or did I buy the wrong stuff?

You got the right stuff. Cut a pill into 4 parts. Drop 1/4 of a pill into 5gal water. The chemistry is fast. I usually let mine sit for about 10min while I'm milling my grain. It will remove any chlorine or chloramines.
 
Thanks, I threw 1/2 tablet in 11 gals of 170* f sparge water.

Making oatmeal stout. Second time, the first was awesome.

First runnings are like syrup.
