Hi, I'm a newbie to this board. I've just bought some tools for producing my first 5gal batch of Edwort's Apfelwein. Most of the stuff on this website could be in Chinese - it makes about as much sense! My head hurts.
As for my taste in beer I prefer really coffeeish roasty stouts and I hope to make some.
