I have hefeweizen that had an OG 1.052. Used WLP300 for the yeast. After 3 weeks it is at 1.016 for 3 consecutive days. The program I used says it should get to 1.013. Am I at least on the green with 1.016. Will anything be gained by trying to get down lower or should I pull the trigger. The sample already tastes pretty good. Thanks everyone.
