If you use a march pump, and you have forgotten to attach the tubing to the outlet, make sure your hand is out of the way when you turn it on. Otherwise 210* wort is going to make the rest of your day a real pain in the hand.

LOL And you see that mark right there? That's where the Wort got me... It was a tough battle but I overcame him in the long run... about 5-6 weeks later to be exact...
