Hey all, I'm looking to brew a beer for a springtime birthday softball game. Thinking about spring beers, and tasting the amazing citrus flavors in my latest IPA, led me to the following recipe. Things I'm wondering about:

1) Is this the right amount of honey malt to get some residual sweetness/honey flavor without overdoing it?
2) Do I need any zest, or will these hops in these amounts give me plenty of citrus/tropical flavors on their own?
3) This is my first wheat, but I've recently gone BIAB. This removes the need for something like rice hulls, right?
4) Anything else?

Looks like a really interesting recipe. I am also looking to make a citrusy wheat and was going to try Sorachi but decided against it after hearing about a dill flavor, especially when using it as a bittering addition.

I'm really curious to hear how it turns out. Please post up when done!
