My local brewery is giving away some yeast tonight and I was thinking of grabbing some.
I'm not sure I have time to pressure cook a jar and let it cool before it gets too late (or if it's even worth that trouble).
If I sanitize a jar with some starsan, should that be sufficient for storing the yeast for a few months ... or too risky with wild yeast spores?
