Please beat this up for me. I added Vienna to add some character because I don't want a BMC beer. I also added the Goldings to add something the saaz wont. I have the saaz and corn to burn. I actually have 3# of flaked corn but am afraid of stuck mash by adding it all.

What do you think? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated....

With the corn ,EKG and cinnamon I don't know if it falls into the Kolsch style. Other then that who cares.....so you may not be able to say "it's a Kolsch", but if it taste good and that is the ingredients you want to brew with so be it. I think that Kolsch beer is for the most part kind of along the lines of a BMC. I like them myself , very refreshing and go down so ez, but not big flavor . Brew it and see.- Dirk

My goal is to make a light and easy drinking beer with a decent hop profile that my father in law will drink.
I suggest you try my Haus Pale Ale. It has a decent hop profile and is quite quaffable as well as good looking.

8 lbs. 2-Row
2 lbs. Vienna
0.5 lb. Crystal 10L

1.0 oz Cascade at 60 min.
0.5 oz. Cascade at 30 min.
0.25 oz. Cascade at 15 min.
0.25 oz. Cascade at 5 min.

Nottingham Dry Ale Yeast Hydrated with a pint starter.

Calculates out to about 38 IBUs and it should look like this.

Looks very drinkable.

Similar to one I just tapped today, which followed with drinking about six pints throughout the day...

9 lbs 12.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 86.7 %
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 8.9 %
1.50 oz Williamette [4.10%] (60 min) Hops 21.0 IBU
1.50 oz Cascade [5.60%] (10 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
1.50 oz Cascade [5.60%] (Dry Hop 5 days) Hops -

Thanks for the suggestion, I will do it soon.
