After 7 weeks in the primary, figured it was time to bottle my Wit last Sunday. One of the teachers left 6 Coke bottles in the teachers lounge, so thought I would take them home and put some beer in them. I think they turned out nice. 
I wanted to put a dark beer in them, but it didn't work out that way.
I also bottled a Cream Stout that was also in the primary for 7 weeks, and made some cookies. The cookies are (were) Burnt Butter Pecan cookies, and now in the top 3 cookies of all time. The ones with the big blobs of icing were the best - burnt butter icing - :rockin:
