Back in August I brewed NB's Phat Tyre clone. It fermented down nicely in primary and I moved it to secondary. It has been in secondary since late september. The room has remained a constant temp, and I have been pretty religous about keeping vodka in the airlock. Life has just been real busy, and keeping up with my apfelwein batches is fairly taxing so the bottling has been put on the back burner. I have brewed quite a few batches, but find myself for the very first time, asking the everpopular question. Duude, is my beer ruined!?

Taste is the ultimate test. If it passes your own taste buds, there is no reason to believe that it is not good beer.
