I started with the Northern Brewer American Wheat Beer recipe and added the fruit to secondary. Quick, amazing batch that was a party favorite. I offered 6 different beers at a party four in bottles and two on tap. raspberry was one of them. Hilarious to see a bunch of guys walking around with pink beer. Everyone kept going back for more.

Raspberries are expensive but I did about 1/2 lb per gallon. Recommend using a hop (muslin or nylon bag) because it will clog your tubing and filters. Great reviews on this one. Anyways the recipe is below. I did about a week and a half on primary and same on secondary. Filter and did a quick 48 hour forced carb and it was ready to drink. No green flavor. Highly recommended, by me and all my buddies. Almost killed a keg with just a few friends in one day. Light and good for summer. Let me know if you try it and what you think.
