I'll stick to my current methods but the idea is kinda cool, but not $4,500 cool...

After watching the vid, I can assume they are carbing during fermintation under pressure, and since they are using a glorified "coopers" kit, that is why there is no need for a boil.
I think it's a recipe for mediocre beer at a premium price...
