I'll (tentatively) be brewing 30 gallons or so this Sunday and I'll be webcasting at livestream.com/maltz. Something could still come up preventing the brew day and if it does I'll update this thread. I'm planning on being started by about 9 am EST.
I haven't decided yet for sure how much and what yet, but it will be between 30-40 gallons and could me as much as 50 if a fellow MALTZ member decides to come and give me enough notice, as he'll be taking 5 or 10g home with him. Any MALTZ member who sees this is welcome to come and help - I'll probably need it!
I got tired of waiting for PseudoChef to send me a damn webcam, so I dropped $30 on a cheapo logitech at RadioShack today and I'm playing with it now and I'm live at the address above if anyone wants to come hang out in my virtual pub.
The Tefalbier and Patersbier (Enkel) are pretty much straight out of the last issue of Zymurgy with some modifications to what I had on hand. I couldn't find mace, so I'm substituting some Sweet Gale in the Enkel.
