School just wrapped up this semester, and with Summer around the corner I'm getting psyched up to start brewing again. I just bought one of those outdoor turkey fryer things, some new buckets & tubing & whatnot, and reorganized my whole beer mess in my basement. Up next is Disaronno Ale (yes, using Disaronno), and Smoke Monster Barley Wine - made with some Mo' Lasses (the latter using the yeast cake from the former). Can't wait. Just had to say it.
