What a pain, yesterday I did a partial mash dogfish head 90min clone. The mashing makes brewing day a little longer but this was a 90min boil with constant hop additions every 7 and a half min, lol. I pitched a 2 stage starter into it and 12hrs later the krausen is already about 3 in and threatening to come out.
I cant wait for this one to finish. I love DFH so im hoping this comes out good. I still have 2oz's of hops left over for dry hopping.
Anyone ever do a DFH clone, ifso how did it come out?
