So I brewed up an AG oatmeal porter last October or November and found a white film on top the first time I opened the fermenter. I posted a pic here https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f163/have-you-seen-your-fermenter-160360/ So over time it became extremely carbed and one bottle even exploded. I tossed most of them and last night found one in a closet I had forgotten about. Chilled it and WOW it was great with an evident Brett. characteristic melded with some roastyness. Just great. I will probably have to brett up a porter intentionally in the future.
