Well, it's been about ten years since I've brewed. Everyone I come across still asks "do you still brew beer?, that was the best beer, etc." I now find myself with the time to start up and the perfect spot to have a dedicted system with a 30-60 foot heated pole barn. I can eventually plump water and gas to it....
I always swore, if I got into it again, I'd do it right with a dedicated 3-tier system. I'm not sure I can dedicate the time to building something myself so, I've always been interested in off-the shelf setups. What is out there these days? I remember Pico had a system and found them on the Web. Any other turn-key systems out there? Or am I better off piecing together nice components from some supplier to build my own?
