but I got a yeast infection! Woo!!
Brewed a batch friday am and left my hydrometer tube 1/2 filled with post-boil wort. Checked it today and it has a tiny krausen and effervescence! Tasted a tiny spot and it was beer-flavored!
Now all i have to do is step it up without BEEPING it up, and I might be able to swing a genuine "house strain" of brewing yeast....
