I just finished the primary fermentation with my second batch in a five gallon carboy with a blowoff tube setup. I tried to clean the tube asap and let it soak in PBW overnight to get rid of all the gunk in the tubing but there is still a pretty strong yeast odor left in the tube. Will this odor cause any problems with my next brew? I know its a blow so most gas/yeast blowoff will just pass it by, just wondering from the perspective of more experiened brewers. Should I try using something like beer line cleaner?
