Old Republic Brew #2

Well the firt batch seems to be well on the way to being a good beer. I made the Irish Red from MW. I took a grav reading the other day it was down to .008 and I think it might even fall another point or 2, I will be checking again today.

Now for my follow up I have in mind one of two different kits from NB if they will ship to my APO.

1. Honey Brown Ale
2. Spiced Winter Ale

Now I think I should go ahead and do the Winter so I t can condition, but I really want to brew the Honey.

Also I am going to try and make them PM instead of all extract, just have to figure out the 5 puond grain bills.

What do you guys think?

do the PM and do both in one weekend... its a good idea to do the winter and condition it now though. i'm about to do the same. let us know what you get into : )
