Okay, I am a college student and I went home for the christmas break and we didn't leave any gas on in the house or any faucets dripping so you can imagine my roommate's surprise when he came home and the walls started to leak. But that is a different story. I had a porter in the secondary and it was surrounded by a comforter and blankets to insulate it. Don't you like how I concerned myself with the beer but who cares about the house. So I expect that the beer experienced unusually low temps and I was wondering if I should repitch to ensure good bottle conditioning.

Is the specific gravity reading in the right ball park?

There should not be a ton of yeast activity in the secondary anyway. My vote is that it is probably fine.
