I'm up in the Boston area for vacation and just had a delicious IPA made by Ipswich. Does anyone have a clone recipe for this? Preferably an AG.
Town in the US. Massachusetts specifically. The Ipswich Ale Brewery is one of the older craft breweries in New England opening in 1991.Is this Ipswich Suffolk UK or a town in the US?
I make RED IPA with 0.5% Roasted BarleySorry to revive a dead thread, but I just had to ask if this beer really has roasted barley in it. It's a very good beer, and it's definitely got something a little different going on compared to your average IPA, but I never picked up roasted barley. I'll have to try it again.
On that note, has anyone here tried brewing an IPA with a couple ounces of roasted barley in it?
