Oatmeal Stout

Oatmeal Stout
Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color: 166 HCU (~50 SRM)
Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.054

Grain:
7 lb. 7.2 oz. British pale (70%)
15.68 oz. American crystal 120L (8%)
9.12 oz. American chocolate (4%)
15.68 oz. Roasted barley (8%)
1 lb. 3.68 oz. Flaked oats (10%)

Mash: 68% efficiency

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 5.5 gallons

Hops:
.25 oz. Warrior (16.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)

Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale

I want this creamy and smooth so I put in lots of oats.

I'd drop the amount of Roasted Barley down to around 4% and add some biscuit or victory for a toasty note. I'd also sub the 120L for some 80L to get more caramel and less raisin.

If your going for a more coffee roasty flavor, I'd stick with your schedule for Roasted but I'd even out the 120L and the chocolate to around 6% and maybe even sub pale chocolate for the standard chocolate. You have lots of roast going on.
