spice, pepper, clove, bubblegum, faint sourness, spicy hops....silky mouthfeel.
Very solid recipe for a great and very simple saison. I have brewed many saisons and the simple key is keep everything simple and use wyeast 3724 and keep it warm and give it time. This yeast strain given proper conditions produces a saison with more character than any other strain. The bad thing is it takes time to work.........your fermenter will be tied up for 8 weeks and I underpitch on purpose to encourage esthers.
