I was away for a few days and didnt want to leave my AC running all the time. I've read a lot that keg / bottle conditioning can be done at pretty warm temperatures. My keg registered 84F today in the morning when I came back. I know that temperature is ok for my Saison thats in the same room but I was wondering if there is too hot for bottle / keg conditioning? All the reading I've done says that its ok to do it in the 70's, including upper 70's but what about low to mid 80s for a few days?
My keg has Belgian Pale Ale with WLP550 which was done under correct temp (~68F) for 3 weeks and stayed in a keg for 1 month (mostly in low to mid 70s) with only one spike in last few days to low to mid 80s.
