It's probably fair to say that I jumped in way over my head with this build having very little all grain experience....but hey, ya gotta start somewhere, right? It took a lot of hard work, a lot of testing and an equal amount of WTF's to get this where it is today! With 2 (test)brews on this rig so far and I'm thinking 3rd time has gotta be the charm! I'll keep you posted!

I'm not sure why no one has commented on this but I will have to say, Well Done! That's awesome and I'd love to hear more about your PID and control box.
 
That is a very nice and clean configuration. Well done, Sir. I have been building my brew table on paper for the past month or so. Think I have it all figured out and will start building soon.

Oh, love the green accents. Especially the inline water filter canister.
