So i brewed my second brew and i am afraid the fermentation has slowed-stopped too quickly. First brew i did all extract american wheat. This one was a partial mash belgian caramel wheat. I pitched my yeast at 8pm monday night. I checked it out at 6am and it was bubbling really well. When i got home at 7pm it was a little slower. Maybe a bubble every second. But now, 48 hours after pitching yeast im not even seeing a bubble every 30 seconds...

Any ideas whats up? Do i have an issue? The mix had 2 pounds of dried malt extract, a pound of liquid, the grain i mashed, and some candy syrup... Need some expertise here. Gonna let it sit another 16-18 days in any case....

Your fine. The yeast have probably finished making a lot of CO2 so the bubbling has slowed down. Let them clean up for another 10-12 days.
