I make a very popular cream ale, and I am about to make another big batch, I usually use nottingham or US-05 fermented at 65 degrees and I always get a very clean ale.
I have two 7 gram (gold) packs of Coopers Ale Yeast in my freezer. Does anybody know if this yeast will give me a nice cream ale? I am afraid to ruin my cream ale, but I would like to use that yeast up....
