Tasting Notes
Delicious IPA that is malty but still has wonderful West Coast IPA flavor.
This beer is so good 21 days from grain to glass. I am sure it will continue to improve over time but as I sit here tonight and write this, this is my new house IPA :mug:

13# Pale Ale Malt
1.5# Toasted Malt*
.5# C-60
.5# Torrified Wheat

.75 oz Warrior 17.4% - 60
.5 oz Centennial 10% - 20
.75 oz Simcoe 12.4% - 20
1 oz Amarillo 8.0% - 5
1 oz Cascade 5.5% - DH
.5 oz Simcoe 12.4% - DH
.5 oz Centennial 10% - DH

Pitch S-04 @ 66 degrees.
Mashed at 152 for 60 mins. Batch sparged at 170.

Enjoy,

Chris

* Toast 1.5# of pale ale malt in the over @ 350 for 20 mins. Adds a nice biscuity background to the beer.
