Japanese Beetles

Was watering the hops yesterday and found the little buggers. I had been seeing some leaf damage for a little while now but hadn't seen the beetles or anything else. Yesterday I found about 1/2 dozen of them on my plants, they even started eating on some of the hops. I killed a couple of them but some flew off. I'm sure they will be back whats a good way to get rid of them? Also will the hops they munched on still be ok/worth using?

As long as the cones develop okay, i'm sure they'll be worth using. Regarding prevention and killing them off, a search in this forum will yield a LOT of various methods. I know because I've been searching for ways to battle them myself.
