I ordered a kit from Norther Brewer called Emma's Ale which 100% of the proceeds to to a children's cancer hospital. Emma has Neuroblastoma. I would encourage you to brew this inexpensive kit.

Anyway. I would like to make this kit a bit more hoppy than your regular North English Brown Ale. I have read about late hop addition creating some nice hop aroma, flavor and some bittering. I'm not experienced enough to know what hops I should add and when.
Thanks
