Hi,
Are there just preferences or are there rules for use of a glass carboy?
Is an airlock sufficient, as with a bucket, and the use of a blowoff tube just an extra precaution? Or is the blowoff tube a requirement with a carboy?
I will be switching to using a carboy soon for primary and want to be sure it's done right.
